Strategy Formulation:

Work with the Manufacturing Operations Director to produce the global supply chain strategy, identifying key goals and initiatives to enable manufacturing plants to support sales and deliver products on time, in full, with minimal lead time.
Understand the capacities of Lucy Electric suppliers globally, monitor supply OTIF, and ensure availability of materials to all plants.
Implement a visual supply chain management system to support data-driven decision making.
Ensure delivery of the business strategy by holding regular performance management meetings for all supply chain team members.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline.
Minimum Experience: At least three years’ proven experience in a similar role in the electrical switchgear industry.

Job-Specific Skills:

Experience in review and understanding of electrical network design including general arrangement drawings, single line diagrams, and schematics.
Understanding of distribution network technical specifications, including operation & protection philosophy.
Sound understanding of standard commercial terms and conditions including Incoterms, documentary credits, bonds, and guarantees.
Experience or familiarity with major principles of project management and delivery.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
