- Language: Proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional language skills may be a plus.

- Work Authorization: Eligible to work in the UAE for the duration of the internship.

Requirements
- Excellent olfactive communication skills which supports the overall creative process – discriminate, describe (association) and odor memory
- Ability to effectively identify potential fragrance or technology solutions based on market relevance
- Solid understanding of market/consumer trends and consumer behaviors/ preferences
- Fragrance ingredient and technology understanding to facilitate communication with technical teams and perfumers
- Basic technical understanding of fragrance formulations and assess stability risks
- Strong project management skills, disciplined and process oriented
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Perfumery, Science, Chemistry, Consumer Science, Product Research or any other relevant discipline
- Fluent in English
