Requirements

  • Specific years of experience are required based on the role and location (ADNOC/Gulf countries).
  • Candidates must carry all relevant credentials.

Responsibilities

  • Roles available in Estimation, QA/QC, Planning, Procurement, Site Engineering, Construction Management, Fabrication, Welding, Rigging, Scaffolding, and General Labour.
  • Positions require expertise in Civil, Electrical, and Mechanical departments.

4. Preparing For Common Questions: 

  • Anticipate Potential Questions That May Be Asked In The Interview, Such As Questions About Your Previous Experience, How You Deal With Pressure, And Your Communication Skills.

  • تتوفر وظائف في مجالات التقدير، وضمان الجودة/مراقبة الجودة، والتخطيط، والمشتريات، وهندسة المواقع، وإدارة الإنشاءات، والتصنيع، واللحام، والتركيب، والسقالات، والعمالة العامة.
  • تتطلب هذه الوظائف خبرة في أقسام الهندسة المدنية والكهربائية والميكانيكية.

لتنجح في اجتياز المقابلة الشخصية، يمكنك اتباع النصائح التالية:

1.  التحضير للمقابلة: 

  • قم بالتحضير مسبقًا من خلال مراجعة معلوماتك الشخصية وخبراتك العملية ومهاراتك القابلة للتطوير. 
  • قم بمراجعة متطلبات الوظيفة وكن مستعدًا للإجابة على الأسئلة المحتملة التي قد تُطرح.

2.  ابحث عن الشركة:

  • إن الفهم الجيد للشركة يساعدك على التعبير عن اهتمامك ومعرفتك بالمجال الذي تتقدم إليه.

3.  الآداب والمظهر الجيد: 

  • يجب عليك الاهتمام بمظهرك الشخصي وارتداء الملابس المناسبة والمهنية. 
  • كن مهذبًا وأظهر الثقة أثناء المقابلة.

4.  الاستعداد للأسئلة الشائعة: 

  • توقع الأسئلة المحتملة التي قد تُطرح أثناء المقابلة، مثل الأسئلة المتعلقة بخبراتك السابقة، وكيفية تعاملك مع الضغوط، ومهارات التواصل لديك. 
  • قم بإعداد إجابات مختصرة وواضحة تعكس مؤهلاتك وقدراتك.

5.  التعبير عن المهارات الأساسية:
