Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
Monitor Consultant/Contractor compliance with the client’s HSE management plan, local authority regulations, and project-specific safety requirements. Review and provide feedback on HSE documentation such as Method Statements, Risk Assessments, HSE Plans, PTW systems, and emergency procedures.
HSE Workforce & Operational Oversight
Ensure that Consultant/Contractor HSE teams are adequately staffed, properly qualified, and performing their duties effectively. Verify implementation of control measures and ensure high-risk activities are executed in accordance with approved procedures.
Inspections, Audits & Reporting
Conduct regular HSE inspections and audits to verify compliance and identify gaps. Follow up on daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports submitted by Consultant/Contractor personnel. Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
Incident Management & Preventive Actions
Participate in incident and accident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and oversee implementation of corrective and preventive measures. Support emergency response planning, drills, and related procedures.
Stakeholder Coordination & Safety Culture
Participate in HSE and coordination meetings with consultants and contractors, ensuring alignment with project HSE requirements. Promote a strong safety culture through continuous engagement and awareness programs. Ensure proper use of PPE across all work areas.

التفتيش والتدقيق وإصدار التقارير
تنفيذ جولات تفتيش وتدقيق منتظمة للتحقق من الامتثال وتحديد الثغرات. متابعة التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية والشهرية الصادرة عن فرق الاستشاري أو المقاول. مراقبة الأنشطة في الموقع لضمان الالتزام بنظام تصاريح العمل (PTW).
التحقيق في الحوادث والإجراءات التصحيحية
المشاركة في التحقيقات المتعلقة بالحوادث وإجراء تحليل الأسباب الجذرية والإشراف على تنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية. دعم خطط الاستجابة للطوارئ والتدريبات والإجراءات المرتبطة بها.
التنسيق مع الجهات المعنية وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة
المشاركة في اجتماعات الصحة والسلامة واجتماعات التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والمقاولين لضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات المشروع. تعزيز ثقافة السلامة من خلال المبادرات التوعوية والتفاعل المستمر. التأكد من الاستخدام السليم لمعدات الوقاية الشخصية في جميع مناطق العمل.
Power BI Development & Data Modeling
Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models. Transform, clean, and model data from multiple sources using Power Query, DAX, SQL, and other ETL tools. Build scalable and reliable data models following best practices including star schema, incremental refresh, and optimized relationships. Conduct data validation and ensure data quality and integrity across all solutions.
Business Collaboration & Reporting Requirements
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and understand reporting needs. Optimize and maintain existing dashboards and reports to improve performance, usability, and scalability. Apply UI/UX principles to design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly dashboards.
Training, Documentation & Continuous Improvement
Create technical documentation for developed BI solutions and provide training and support to end-users. Stay current with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric advancements, leveraging industry best practices to enhance reporting capabilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Power BI Developer with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Possesses relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL-300). Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, performance optimization, and working with relational databases. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
