Masari Training Programme for Fresh Graduates

About the Programme:
The Masari Training Programme is a three-month, paid initiative designed to provide fresh graduates with valuable hands-on experience across several key departments within DHCA. Participants will be rotated through diverse areas such as:

Programme Objectives:

تأسست هيئة مدينة دبي الطبية في مايو 2011 بموجب مرسوم من صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائب رئيس دولة الإمارات ورئيس مجلس الوزراء وحاكم دبي، لتكون الجهة التنظيمية المسؤولة عن المنطقة الحرة لمدينة دبي الطبية. تهدف الهيئة إلى جعل دبي وجهة عالمية رائدة في قطاع الرعاية الصحية من خلال بيئة متكاملة تدعم الابتكار الطبي والتعليم والصحة العامة. وتشرف الهيئة على تنظيم وترخيص وتطوير المرافق الصحية والتعليمية والتجارية داخل المدينة الطبية.

يهدف برنامج "مساري" التدريبي إلى منح الخريجين الجدد خبرة عملية قيّمة من خلال التدريب في عدد من الإدارات الرئيسية داخل هيئة مدينة دبي الطبية، بما في ذلك:

• تكنولوجيا المعلومات

• الشؤون القانونية

• إدارة الممتلكات

• الموارد البشرية

أهداف البرنامج:
