Drive solution excellence and promote DSV’s digital supply chain products including Infor Nexus, SCMS, and advanced analytics.
Support go-to-market strategies through RFQs, workshops, and solution design sessions.
Engage with senior customer stakeholders to co-develop transformation agendas and articulate business value.
Ensure alignment with global frameworks while adapting strategies to local market needs.
Monitor performance and scalability of supply chain solutions, contributing to quality assurance and pipeline governance.
Promote adoption of DSV’s digital stack as a modular, scalable supply chain operating system.

Logistics Coordinator, Contract Logistics

Location: Dubai

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers handling all daily inquiries.
Manage inbound, outbound, and complaint handling related to customer shipments.
Prepare, verify, and manage shipping and customs documentation for spare parts shipments.
Coordinate transportation logistics including shipment scheduling and communication with carriers and freight forwarders.
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.

Operations, Oil & Gas

Support management and handle daily operational requirements for export shipments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through meetings, calls, and team interactions.
Execute customer-defined functions for all transport modes including import and export.
Monitor customer business behavior and relay relevant information to management.
Track operational performance, contribute to client retention, and develop improvement plans.
Maintain detailed job files for all assigned customers.
Respond to customer emails within one hour and acknowledge all incoming communications.
Resolve cargo-related issues such as shortages, damages, and claims while escalating when necessary.
Maintain and update SOPs for all customers under management.
Report department KPIs to management and ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
