1. Senior Specialist – GIS

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Job Description:
AECOM is seeking a Senior GIS Specialist to support infrastructure projects across the Middle East. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and analyzing GIS data for ongoing projects, improving spatial models, and ensuring the accuracy of mapping and geographic information used for urban design and planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in GIS applications within infrastructure projects.

• Proficiency in ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and QGIS software.

• Strong analytical and technical skills.

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

2. Quantity Surveyor

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Job Description:
The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for cost estimation, preparation of bills of quantities, and ensuring contract compliance during both design and construction phases.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Cost Management.

• At least 4 years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of FIDIC standards and international contracts.

• Proficiency in Excel, MS Project, and quantity management software.

3. Graduate Project Surveyor – UAE Nationals (Family Book Required)

المهام:

• إعداد جداول الكميات وتقدير التكاليف ومراجعة العقود.

• متابعة مراحل التنفيذ وضمان الالتزام بالميزانيات.
  المتطلبات:

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو إدارة التكاليف.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات.

• معرفة بعقود FIDIC.

3. مهندس مشروع مبتدئ – إماراتيين (خلاصة القيد)

الموقع: دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة
المهام:

• المشاركة في مشاريع إدارة التكاليف والتصميم.
