This role is part of our Five Guys brand. As our Five Guys team continues to grow, we’re looking for a Crew Member to join our Al Jada, Sharjah branch. In this role, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in a clean and safe environment.

• Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the Manager.

• Follow brand standards at all times.

• Stay updated by completing Five Guys University training modules.

• Understand the restaurant’s goals and contribute actively to achieving them.

• Rotate through different workstations such as Grill, Fries, Hospitality, Expo, Cashier, Preparation, Buns, and Dressings.

• Section In-Charge – Birthday Parties

• Assist with the daily opening and closing operations of the facility

• Coordinate with clients and Xpark Café regarding catering needs and food requests

• Act as the main point of contact during birthday parties, ensuring a smooth and memorable event while resolving any issues

• Lead or support forest school activities and provide guidance to children during outdoor educational experiences

• Follow up regularly with internal teams and stakeholders on deliverables and project status.

• Prepare and report key project updates to senior leadership.

• Ensure proper documentation and version control of schedules and updates.
