Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Document Controller (MEP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and controlling project-related documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely accessibility of documents related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the flow of MEP project documents, including intake, scanning, verification, storage, and distribution.
Maintain an organized and up-to-date electronic and physical filing system.
Ensure document versions are controlled, with the latest approved revisions clearly identified and distributed.

Investigate incidents, near-misses, and accidents; prepare detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities:
