ملخص الوظيفة

نبحث عن مفتش ميكانيكي للانضمام إلى مشروعنا في أبوظبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. تركز هذه الوظيفة على تنفيذ عمليات التفتيش في الموقع وفقًا لخطط التفتيش والاختبار الميكانيكية (ITPs) وضمان جودة وامتثال الأعمال الميكانيكية.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• متابعة طلبات التفتيش (IR) المقدمة من المقاولين واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة في الوقت المناسب.

• مراجعة الرسومات التنفيذية المقدمة مقابل الرسومات التعاقدية والمواصفات والرموز المحلية والمتطلبات القانونية وأفضل الممارسات الدولية.

• الإبلاغ عن الأعمال غير المطابقة للرسومات/المواصفات وإخطار الجهات المعنية.

• مراقبة جودة الأعمال وتقييم السلامة في الموقع بما في ذلك الصحة والبيئة، وضمان الامتثال للمواصفات التعاقدية/QCS وتقييمات السلامة.

• الحفاظ على سجلات الأنشطة اليومية في الموقع بما في ذلك صور التقدم لضمان جاهزيتها للفحص.

• إعداد تقارير المراقبة للعيوب وتقارير عدم المطابقة (NCR) عند الحاجة.

• ضمان التنسيق الفعال بين الأعمال المتعلقة بالتخصصات المختلفة وسائر التخصصات.

• تقديم الملاحظات الفنية والخبرة لحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالتخصص في الموقع.

المؤهلات

• دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة.

• خبرة لا تقل عن 9 سنوات في المجال.

• خبرة في العمل على مشاريع فيلات كبيرة في الإمارات.

• معرفة قوية بمعايير الهندسة الميكانيكية والمواصفات وممارسات السلامة في المواقع.

• مهارات تواصل وتقارير ممتازة.
