You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, client coordination, and ensuring smooth onboarding and follow-up until payment is received.
Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Engineer to manage and prepare technical and commercial proposals for EPC and manufacturing projects, with deep knowledge of client specifications, industry codes, and standards.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze tender documents, client specifications, datasheets, and project requirements.

Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals for static equipment (e.g., pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks) and skid-mounted packages.

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to schedule and execute inspection stages as per ITP and project schedule.

Attend kick-off meetings, pre-inspection meetings, and internal weekly meetings to discuss inspection plans, progress, and any issues or concerns.
Quality Assurance/Control

Implement and enforce adherence to project specifications, ASME codes (SEC VIII Division 1 / 2), ASME material specifications, and other applicable standards throughout the pressure vessel construction and inspection processes.

Act as a liaison between engineering, project, procurement, production, and quality control teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Prepare and control Material Take-Offs (MTO) ensuring accuracy according to the latest engineering drawings; review cutting layouts.

Prepare ASME standard material TDC / material purchase specifications.

Prepare drawing revision status, cover sheets, and document transmittals.

Work closely with the procurement team to ensure materials and components are sourced in line with engineering requirements and project schedules.
