We are looking for an experienced Shop Assistant for our Gents Tailoring store in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with sales, and maintain the store’s appearance to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store

• Provide product information and guidance

• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service

Sales

• Assist customers in selecting products and making recommendations

• Upsell products to increase sales revenue

• Process sales transactions accurately using cash register or POS

• Handle returns and exchanges according to store policy

Store Maintenance & Merchandising

• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment

• Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels

• Ensure products are correctly priced and labeled

• Update promotional signage and displays as needed

General Duties

• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately

• Open and close the store following security procedures

• Assist with other tasks as requested by the store manager

Qualifications & Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a shop assistant in the UAE

• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred

• Responsible, reliable, and passionate about customer service

Tailor - Master Cutter

Company Overview

We are seeking an experienced Master Cutter for our Gents Tailoring department in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge in fabrics, cuts, and fitting, and will be responsible for overseeing the tailoring workflow and ensuring top-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

Fabric Selection & Cutting

• Select the most appropriate fabrics for each garment

• Cut and sew garments with precision

• Assign work to tailors and coordinate tasks efficiently

Quality Control & Coordination

• Actively ensure quality control within the tailoring department

• Ensure effective use of materials to minimize wastage

• Meet deadlines for Kundora and other deliveries

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with tailors and team members

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Master Cutter in the UAE

• Strong technical knowledge and skills in fabrics and tailoring

• Responsible, reliable, honest, and passionate about the craft

• Ability to work in a multicultural environment

• Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred
