نسعى لتعيين مساعد/ة تعلم عالي المستوى – ELL للمرحلة الابتدائية للانضمام إلى الفريق فورًا.

الغرض من الوظيفة

تقديم الدعم للطلاب والمعلمين لتعزيز التطور الأكاديمي والاجتماعي للطلاب في المرحلة الابتدائية.

المسؤوليات

الدعم داخل الفصل

• تسهيل التعلم المميز ومساعدة الطلاب على الوصول إلى الدروس.

• دعم الطلاب فرديًا أو جماعيًا للوصول إلى المنهج وتحقيق الإنجاز.

• تغطية وقيادة الدروس تحت إشراف عند الحاجة.

التعاون مع المعلمين

• العمل مع المعلمين لدعم التعلم ورفع مستوى التحصيل الدراسي.

• المساهمة في التقييم والتخطيط من خلال متابعة وتسجيل وتقارير تقدم الطلاب.

• تقديم التغذية الراجعة للطلاب حول تقدمهم وتحقيقهم تحت إشراف المعلم.

إعداد بيئة التعلم

• تجهيز الفصول الدراسية للدروس.

• تطوير الموارد والحفاظ على بيئة التعلم.

• استخدام الخبرة في التخطيط وتحضير الأنشطة التعليمية.

دعم الطلاب وتطويرهم

• تطبيق استراتيجيات لتعزيز تقدير الذات والثقة بالنفس والاستقلالية.

• متابعة وتقييم تقدم الطلاب ودعم المعلمين في تخطيط التعلم اللاحق.

العمل الجماعي

• العمل بتعاون مع الزملاء كجزء من فريق ELL.

المتطلبات الوظيفية

المؤهلات والخبرة

• خبرة 4 سنوات على الأقل في مدرسة دولية.

• درجة B.Ed. أو B.A. في اللغة الإنجليزية أو ما يعادلها مع CELTA أو TESOL أو ما شابه.

• إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، العمل من 7 صباحًا – 4:30 مساءً.

• أخلاقيات عمل قوية والتزام بخصوصية المعلمين والطلاب.

• مهارات تنظيمية وشخصية ممتازة.

• المعرفة بالبيداغوجيا الشاملة ميزة إضافية.

المقابلات وجهًا لوجه في دبي أو عبر الفيديو للمتقدمين خارج دبي.
