Estimation Engineer – Hydraulics

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer with a strong background in hydraulic systems to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will prepare accurate technical and commercial estimates for hydraulic projects, ensuring competitive and profitable proposals aligned with client requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Study and analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents related to hydraulic systems.

• Prepare cost estimations, quotations, and proposals for hydraulic equipment, systems, and services.

• Coordinate with sales, design, and procurement teams to gather accurate cost data.

• Evaluate technical requirements, suggest optimal solutions, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for material pricing and delivery timelines.

• Assist in bid submissions, technical clarifications, and post-tender negotiations.

• Maintain and update pricing databases, material logs, and estimation templates.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

• 5 to 10 years’ experience in hydraulic systems estimation (hydraulic cylinders, seals, pumps & motors, valves, power packs, hoses, machining, fabrication, etc.).

• Strong knowledge of hydraulic products, applications, and system design.

• Familiarity with estimation software, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

• UAE/Gulf experience preferred.

• Valid UAE driving license (optional but preferred).

• الحفاظ على تحديث قواعد بيانات الأسعار وسجلات المواد وقوالب التقدير.

• ضمان الالتزام بإجراءات الشركة ومعايير الجودة.

المتطلبات

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو مجال ذي صلة.

• خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في تقدير أنظمة الهيدروليك (أسطوانات هيدروليكية، أختام، مضخات ومحركات، صمامات، وحدات طاقة، خراطيم هيدروليكية، تشغيل، تصنيع، إلخ).

• معرفة قوية بمنتجات الهيدروليك وتطبيقاتها وتصميم الأنظمة.

• إلمام ببرامج التقدير، أوتوكاد، وبرامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس.

• مهارات تحليلية واتصال وتفاوض ممتازة.

• خبرة في الإمارات أو الخليج مفضلة.
