Manager Control Room

Hub Operations & Air Network Control

Responsible for overseeing Hub Operations and Air Network Operations Control, including supervising a team of Control Room Specialists to ensure smooth, on-time performance across operations.

Control Room Management

Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures for control room operations. Monitor and manage daily activities to ensure the hub or ramp consistently achieves critical service levels.

Cross-Department Coordination

Lead and coordinate tasks across relevant departments to ensure operational alignment. Ensure timely and accurate flow of information to all relevant stakeholders, enabling prioritization and effective response to contingencies.
