وصف الدور:

يكون مدير السلامة مسؤولًا عن تنظيم إعداد ومراجعة واعتماد خطط إدارة السلامة لمشاريع تركيب الهياكل الفولاذية. يشارك في تحديد المخاطر وإعداد التدابير الوقائية المستهدفة، بالإضافة إلى تقييم أداء المقاولين الفرعيين فيما يتعلق بالسلامة. كما يشرف على تنفيذ إجراءات السلامة أثناء أعمال الرفع الثقيل، اللحام، تركيب الهياكل، تشغيل الرافعات، واستخدام معدات العمل على ارتفاع.

المسؤوليات:

• تطوير وتنفيذ خطط HSE، تقييم المخاطر، خطط العمل، وإجراءات الطوارئ الخاصة بالمشروع.

• متابعة وتدقيق فعالية أنظمة إدارة السلامة عبر مواقع المشروع.

• الإشراف على السلامة أثناء تركيب الهياكل الفولاذية، اللحام، الرفع الثقيل، تشغيل الرافعات (بما في ذلك الرافعات البرجية، 600T، الزاحفة والمتحركة)، معدات العمل على ارتفاع MEWPs، وأعمال الارتفاع.

Job Description:

The HSE Manager is responsible for organizing the preparation, review, and approval of project safety management plans for structural steel erection projects. You will participate in identifying hazards, developing targeted control measures, and evaluating subcontractor safety performance. You will oversee safety during heavy lifting, welding, steel erection, crane operations, MEWPs, and work at height activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and approve project-specific HSE plans and safety management documents.

• Participate in hazard identification and implementation of preventive measures.

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE plans, risk assessments, method statements, and emergency response procedures.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and applicable statutory regulations.

• Monitor and audit the effectiveness of HSE management systems across project sites.

• Oversee safety during structural steel erection, welding, rigging, heavy lifting, crane operations (tower cranes, 600T, crawler & mobile cranes), MEWPs, and work at height activities.

• Participate in pre-use inspections and acceptance of large equipment and power facilities, including data recording and filing.

• Cooperate with regional company safety arrangements.

• Organize and archive paper and scanned safety documents.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in HSE management for structural steel erection projects.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local/international safety regulations.

• Ability to assess risks and develop safety plans and procedures.

• Leadership, communication, and team management skills across multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience overseeing heavy lifting, crane operations, welding, and work at height.

• Translate and interpret between Chinese, English, Hindi, and Urdu on the construction site.

• Communicate safety rules, technical requirements, and daily instructions clearly to site workers.

• Assist supervisors and foremen in manpower and task coordination.

• Translate site meetings, notices, and documents as required.

• Report site progress and issues to management promptly.

Requirements:

• Must currently reside in the UAE.
