Project Engineer
Key Responsibilities
-
Coordinate with designers and project managers to understand the scope of work.

Prepare BOQs, material lists, and technical drawings.
-
Monitor site progress and ensure work is done according to drawings and standards.
-
Resolve technical issues on-site and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
-
Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
-
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely delivery and execution.
-
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and assist in project documentation.
-
Attend site meetings and provide technical support during the project lifecycle.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
-
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in renovation or interior fit-out projects.
-
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and finishes.
-
Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
-
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
-
UAE driving license is a plus.

التنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين الفرعيين لضمان التسليم والتنفيذ في الوقت المحدد.
-
إعداد تقارير تقدم يومية/أسبوعية والمساعدة في توثيق المشروع.
-
حضور اجتماعات الموقع وتقديم الدعم الفني طوال دورة المشروع.
المتطلبات
-
درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو مجال ذي صلة.
-
خبرة من 7 إلى 10 سنوات في مشاريع التجديد أو التشطيب الداخلي.
-
معرفة قوية بمواد البناء وطرق التنفيذ والتشطيبات.
-
القدرة على قراءة وفهم الرسومات المعمارية وMEP.
-
مهارات تواصل وتنسيق وحل مشاكل ممتازة.
-
إجادة استخدام AutoCAD وMS Office وأدوات إدارة المشاريع.
-
رخصة قيادة إماراتية ميزة إضافية.

Professional photographer
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in photography and videography.

Ability to work creatively and meet project deadlines.

Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and editing techniques.

Experience with cameras, lenses, and video equipment.
