Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Auto Denter to join our team. The role involves repairing damaged vehicle bodies and body parts, ensuring high-quality workmanship while maintaining safety and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities

Remove upholstery, accessories, hydraulic equipment, and trim to access vehicle body and fenders.

Realign chassis and body frames using chassis alignment machines and measuring systems.

Remove damaged fenders, panels, and grills, and replace them using wrenches, welding tools, or pneumatic frame-straightening machines.
-
Cut and remove damaged panels and components as required.
-
Remove dents using panel beating tools, such as specialized hammers.
-
Straighten severely damaged vehicles using mechanical and hydraulic equipment to restore proper clearances for doors, bonnets, and boots.

Cut, join, and fit replacement sections or damaged panels accurately.
-
Refit repaired panels and reinstall body hardware, such as door locks, trims, and other fittings.

Ensure QA procedures are followed, and service quality meets all required standards.

Conduct vehicle inspections and road tests, recording results against performance and quality benchmarks.

Support Service Advisors, Technicians, and customers by ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

Maintain “Fix it Right the First Time” standards.

Document and update job cards/repair orders with inspection results.

Keep QA performance records updated on a daily basis.

Report safety-related issues to the Service Advisor and ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.

Assist with workshop equipment calibration/maintenance.

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
