Basic Purpose of the Role
The Consultant Physician is responsible for leading and supervising high-quality evidence-based care, efficiently diagnosing, managing, and treating all patients under their care. The role sets clinical excellence standards within the specialty and provides leadership and training for junior medical staff.

Managerial Responsibilities

• Implement hospital, departmental, and divisional policies and procedures.
