Spray Painter

🎨 Key Responsibilities – Spray Painter

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer.
Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes to 3D models.
Mix and match paint colors accurately to meet design specifications.
Repair surface imperfections and ensure surfaces are ready for painting.
Use spray equipment and other tools to apply finishes efficiently and effectively.
Protect surrounding areas and maintain a clean workspace.
Collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Skilled in epoxy and texture painting techniques.

🎓 Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Spray Painter or in a related role.
Expertise in spray painting, airbrushing, and color theory.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Quality Control Foreman – 3D Printing Production

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation of the 3D-printing line, including SLA, FDM, or resin workflows.
Coordinate and schedule labour activities, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
Compare outputs to technical specifications and reject or flag non-conforming parts.
Lead defect analysis and implement corrective or preventive measures.
Train and guide lab operators on quality standards and finishing protocols.
Enforce safe handling procedures for material and equipment within the printing booth and post-processing areas.
Coordinate replenishment to minimize downtime and ensure readiness for production runs.
Document inspection results, maintain daily production logs, and QC reports.
Identify patterns in defects, propose workflow improvements, and support implementation.
Implement and enforce workplace safety guidelines, particularly around post-processing and solvent use.
Conduct regular safety checks and audits to maintain clean and compliant workspaces.
