Job Title: Sales and Marketing Representative

Location:  Dubai - United Arab Emirates
Job Type:  Full-time
Monthly Salary:  AED 5,000 to AED 10,000

Main responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify potential clients in the real estate, facility management, and government sectors.

• Building relationships with facility managers, developers, and facility management consultants.

• Providing demonstrations and explanations of drone inspection technologies and services.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns.

• Attending exhibitions, events and meetings with clients.

• Follow up on the sales pipeline and submit performance reports to management.

• Managing and updating customer data in the CRM system.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Engineering.

• 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the technology, engineering or construction industries.

• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic a plus.↚  

• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, email campaigns).

Preferred skills:

• Experience in a startup or tech-driven environment.

• A background in construction, facility management, or drone technologies is a strong advantage.

• Self-disciplined, results-oriented, and works efficiently and independently.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• تحديد وتأهيل العملاء المحتملين في مجالات العقارات، وإدارة المرافق، والقطاع الحكومي.

• بناء علاقات مع مديري المرافق، والمطورين، ومستشاري إدارة المرافق.

• تقديم عروض وشرح تقنيات وخدمات الفحص باستخدام الدرون.

• التعاون مع فريق التسويق لإعداد الكتيبات والعروض التقديمية والحملات الرقمية.

• حضور المعارض والفعاليات والاجتماعات مع العملاء.

• متابعة خط المبيعات وتقديم تقارير الأداء إلى الإدارة.

• إدارة وتحديث بيانات العملاء في نظام الـCRM.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق أو إدارة الأعمال أو الهندسة.

• خبرة من 2 إلى 4 سنوات في مبيعات B2B، ويفضل في مجالات التقنية أو الهندسة أو البناء.

• قدرة مثبتة على توليد العملاء المحتملين وإغلاق الصفقات.

• مهارات تواصل وعرض ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.

• إلمام بأنظمة CRM وأدوات التسويق الرقمي (مثل لينكدإن، وحملات البريد الإلكتروني).

المهارات المفضلة:

• خبرة في بيئة الشركات الناشئة أو الموجهة بالتقنية.

• خلفية في مجالات البناء أو إدارة المرافق أو تقنيات الدرون ميزة قوية.

• شخصية ذاتية الانضباط، تسعى لتحقيق النتائج، وتعمل بكفاءة بشكل مستقل.
