Human Resources Officer

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, and offer letters
Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, including induction and exit interviews
Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry into the HRIS
Support payroll processes and manage leave and attendance records
Handle employee relations with professionalism and discretion
Keep HR policies compliant with UAE labor laws and company standards
Organize and support employee training and development programs
