Job Description:
Prepare technical drawings mainly using REVIT, rough sketches, and other design formats as per project specifications, IFC drawings, and engineering calculations.
Review relevant documents such as BOQ, IFC, and project specifications before construction start.
Check and correct work done by others to conform with standards and design requirements.
Prepare finished construction drawings from sketches, specifications, and field notes.
Prepare MEP calculation drawings including plumbing, piping, small substations, and electrical works.
Handle design change requirements including piping and plumbing.
Identify design deviations and justify deviations and quantities.
Skills Required:
Experience with 3D software and REVIT is a must.
Experience in MEP, civil design detailing, and quantification based on drawings.
Knowledge of architectural and landscape design is an advantage.
Ability to work with minimum supervision and perform quick, simple, accurate hand calculations to verify design.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar construction industry role.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2 years experience in the construction industry preferred.

وصف الوظيفة:

إعداد الرسومات الفنية باستخدام برنامج REVIT والرسومات الأولية وأنواع التصميم الأخرى حسب مواصفات المشروع و IFC والرسومات الهندسية والحسابات التصميمية.

مراجعة الوثائق المتعلقة قبل بدء البناء مثل جداول الكميات (BOQ)، مواصفات المشروع، و IFC.

فحص وتصحيح الأعمال المعدة من قبل الآخرين لضمان مطابقتها للمعايير والمواصفات.
-
إعداد الرسومات النهائية لأعمال البناء بناءً على الرسومات الأولية والملاحظات الميدانية.
-
إعداد حسابات ورسومات MEP، أعمال السباكة، الأنابيب، المحطات الفرعية الصغيرة، والأعمال الكهربائية.
-
التعامل مع متطلبات تغيير التصميم بما يشمل أنظمة الأنابيب والسباكة.

تحديد أي انحراف في التصميم مع تقديم المبررات والكميات.
المهارات المطلوبة:
-
خبرة في برامج التصميم ثلاثية الأبعاد وخصوصًا REVIT (شرط أساسي).
-
خبرة في التصميم التفصيلي لأنظمة MEP والأعمال المدنية وحساب الكميات حسب الرسومات.
-
معرفة بتصميمات العمارة والمناظر الطبيعية ميزة إضافية.
-
القدرة على العمل بأقل إشراف وإجراء حسابات يدوية سريعة للتحقق من التصميم.
المتطلبات:
-
خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في شركات مشابهة في قطاع البناء.
-
شهادة البكالوريوس مفضلة.
-
خبرة في قطاع البناء لا تقل عن سنتين مفضلة.
