• Lead a team of employees in the efficient handling of inbound/receiving operations.

• Manage inventory effectively to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies.

• Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation and customer experience.

• Oversee outbound operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency within the team.

• Conduct regular team training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge for smooth dark store operations.

• Successfully resolve any issues related to inbound/outbound operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Act as a point of contact for escalations and effectively resolve any customer or operational issues.
