Diamond & Jewelry Education Instructor (Arabic Speaker)
Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver jewelry education programs, including diamond grading principles (4Cs – Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat).

Train retail staff on gemstone identification, certification, and product knowledge.

Educate teams on luxury customer service techniques and brand positioning.
-
Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and visual aids.
-
Assess learning effectiveness through feedback and performance evaluation.
-
Stay current with gemological trends, certifications, and retail innovations.
-
Travel to stores or events as required to conduct training sessions.

Support onboarding and development of new sales staff.
Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail jewellery industry (preferably with international brands).

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in diamond grading and evaluation.

Graduate Gemologist (GG) certification preferred; other gemology certifications/courses accepted.

Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline.
