Urban Solutions Principal

Act as a trusted advisor and leader within Hatch’s Urban Solutions business to grow the practice in the region through successful bids and project delivery.
Network and collaborate across Hatch’s disciplines and businesses supporting Urban Solutions across the Middle East including Metals, Energy, Transit, Ports & Terminals.
Conduct client presentations and maintain engagement for ongoing and future business development.
Lead projects technically and design-wise, managing bidding processes and proposals.
Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, supporting their growth and development.
Develop and maintain Hatch’s market presence in the Middle East through capability statements and brochures.
Responsible for urban planning, design, and detailed master planning tasks.

Support project bidding and technical proposal development.

Prepare design reports, presentations, and design options across various project types including mixed-use, commercial, residential, and industrial.
