Customer Service Representative - Emirati Talent

🔹 Job Purpose

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for accurate data entry at the check-in point/counter, issuing test result certificates, handling payments, registering vehicles, and correctly guiding customers. In the event of a vehicle test failure, the representative should either explain the failure points or direct the customer to the Supervisor or Site Manager.

🔹 Principal Accountabilities

1) Site-Level Operations

Accurately enter data from customer documents.
Ensure all required information for RTA processing is entered into the system.

2) Cash Handling

Manage all cash transactions at the counter.
Reconcile daily cash with system records and hand it over securely to the Site Manager.

3) Customer Service

Maintain a high standard of professionalism and courtesy with all customers.
Ensure the customer completes all transactions and is guided appropriately within the site.

4) Site Image & Behavior

Project a confident and professional image of the company.
Keep the counter clean and organized.
Participate in site meetings and maintain good relations with RTA staff.

🔹 الغرض من الوظيفة

ممثل خدمة العملاء مسؤول عن إدخال بيانات العملاء بشكل دقيق عند نقطة التسجيل / الكاونتر، إصدار شهادات نتائج الفحص، تحصيل رسوم الفحص والتسجيل، وتوجيه العميل بالشكل الصحيح. في حال فشل المركبة في الفحص، يجب عليه شرح نقاط الفشل للعميل إن أمكن، أو توجيهه إلى المشرف أو مدير الموقع المناوب.

🔹 المسؤوليات الرئيسية

1) العمليات في الموقع

إدخال بيانات العملاء بدقة من المستندات المقدمة.
التأكد من إدخال كافة البيانات المطلوبة من قبل هيئة الطرق والمواصلات في النظام لمعالجة الفحص والتسجيل.

2) التعامل مع النقد

إدارة جميع العمليات النقدية في الكاونتر.
مطابقة النقد مع النظام في نهاية الوردية وتسليمها بأمان لمدير الموقع.

3) خدمة العملاء

الحفاظ على مستوى عالٍ من الاحترافية والتعامل اللبق مع جميع العملاء.
التأكد من إنجاز جميع معاملات العميل وتوجيهه بالشكل الصحيح داخل الموقع.

4) المظهر العام والسلوك في الموقع

إظهار صورة مهنية واثقة تعكس صورة الشركة.
الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم الكاونتر.
حضور الاجتماعات الخاصة بالموقع والحفاظ على علاقة جيدة مع موظفي هيئة الطرق والمواصلات.

Senior Cyber Security Analyst - Emirati Talent

🔹 Job Purpose

The primary function of this role is to monitor the ENOC IT and OT environment on a 24/7 basis and conduct initial analysis of events to detect potential cybersecurity threats or attacks. The role also involves conducting first response assessments of cybersecurity incidents and escalating them to Senior Security Analysts for deeper investigation and response, in accordance with approved policies and procedures.

🔹 Principal Accountabilities

Follow incident response procedures and CIC (Cybersecurity Incident Center) SOPs based on impact analysis and pre-approved actions
Acknowledge, analyze, and validate security incidents triggered by SIEM tools or other cybersecurity solutions
Handle incidents reported via email, phone, or management direction
Develop knowledge of ENOC's policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure protection of information assets
Gain understanding of security risks, controls, and their application
Conduct initial analysis of false positives and false negatives
Analyze log files to gather contextual information for better incident triage
Review and align the priority, severity, and classification of security incidents
Perform technical root cause analysis and investigate attack methods

🔹 الغرض من الوظيفة

الوظيفة الأساسية هي مراقبة بيئة تقنية المعلومات وأنظمة التشغيل الصناعية (IT/OT) في ENOC على مدار الساعة (24/7)، وتحليل الأحداث بشكل أولي لاكتشاف أي تهديدات أو هجمات إلكترونية محتملة. كما تشمل المهام إجراء تقييم أولي للحوادث الأمنية ورفعها إلى المحلل الأمني الأول لمزيد من التحقيق، وذلك وفق السياسات والإجراءات المعتمدة.

اتباع إجراءات الاستجابة للحوادث وإجراءات التشغيل الخاصة بمركز الحوادث السيبرانية (CIC) حسب التحليل الأولي والتوجيهات المحددة مسبقًا
استقبال وتحليل وتأكيد الحوادث الناتجة عن أدوات SIEM أو أي حلول أمنية أخرى
التعامل مع البلاغات الواردة من مصادر مختلفة مثل البريد الإلكتروني، المكالمات الهاتفية أو توجيهات الإدارة
اكتساب معرفة بالسياسات والمعايير والإجراءات المعتمدة في ENOC لحماية أصول المعلومات من الاستخدام أو التعديل أو الإتلاف غير المصرح به
فهم المخاطر الأمنية وآليات التحكم ذات الصلة
إجراء تحليل مبدئي للحوادث الإيجابية أو السلبية الكاذبة
تحليل سجلات الأنظمة للحصول على معلومات سياقية تساعد في تصنيف الحوادث الأمنية
مراجعة وتحديد الأولويات والدرجة الحرجة وتصنيف الحوادث
