ENEC Operations is the operational arm of the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC), responsible for managing and maintaining the Barakah Nuclear Energy Plant in the UAE. Focused on safety, reliability, and efficiency, ENEC Operations oversees the plant's day-to-day functioning to ensure the highest standards in nuclear energy production. Scope of Work
We are seeking a specialized analytical risk expert to enhance our risk analysis and reporting frameworks in response to the growing demands from expanding enterprise activities and evolving key external risk factors. The role requires subject matter expertise in horizon scanning, advanced risk analysis, mature risk governance (documentation and implementation) to achieve risk maturity analysis, risk reporting and digitization, Internal Audit outcomes, and INPO Resiliency objectives.
Experience and Qualifications

Minimum 10–15 years of experience in risk analysis and reporting.

Background in the energy sector or related industries.

Expertise in operational, strategic, investment/financial, and project risk management.

Contracts Management Specialist
Role Overview
Execute contract management processes for all ENEC contracts, including goods procurement, consulting services, software licenses, facility leases, copyrights, maintenance, projects, and contracted manpower.
Key Responsibilities

Receive and analyze annual procurement plans and budget estimates from end users

Review tender documents prepared by end users
-
Coordinate and prepare reports for meetings on contract utilization

Collaborate with users and procurement teams to develop required documents (Scope of Work, Contract Plans, Tender Strategies)

Oversee contract utilization, delivery notes, and goods receipt entries in Oracle

Escalate supply chain issues identified by users

Submit periodic status reports on contract management performance to the Head of Contracts Management

Job Overview
Deliver technical instruction and evaluations for Operations personnel and key management staff at Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP), including Initial, Requalification, or Management Certification training and evaluations. Administer Federal Authority for Nuclear Regulations (FANR) exams. Follow best practices established by program leaders to ensure adherence to the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process.
Training Development and Administration Responsibilities
-
Deliver training and evaluation material effectively to meet World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO) and FANR standards, ensuring operators receive the required classroom training.

Analyze, design, develop, deliver, and assist in implementing and evaluating various operator training programs (Certified and Non-Certified) to meet procedural requirements and ensure mastery of objectives in compliance with the SAT process.

Administer written exams, simulator, and job performance evaluations to maintain exam integrity.

Deliver training to key ENEC Operations personnel on operational procedures, eSOMS training, and nuclear technologies to establish baseline knowledge among management at BNPP.

Analyze aggregated log data to detect threats impacting confidentiality, integrity, or availability of critical data.

Develop and adapt scripts/tools using Python and PowerShell to identify threats and adversary activity based on indicators of compromise.

Analyze security alerts across all Enterprise devices and perform thorough examinations to uncover potential security threats.

Advise and guide the security team on emerging threats by sharing updated information about malware, threat actors, and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
