💼 مهام الوظيفة الرئيسية:

نقل المواد أو المنتجات باستخدام شاحنة ثقيلة لضمان التسليم في الوقت المحدد.
-
ضمان الحد الأدنى من أوقات التسليم وفقًا لاستراتيجية ومتطلبات العمل.
-
الالتزام بالإرشادات والسياسات المؤسسية.
🧾 المهام اليومية:
-
الالتزام بالحضور المنتظم حسب سياسة القسم، وإبلاغ المشرف في حال التأخر أو المرض قبل بداية الوردية.
-
تنفيذ مهام النظافة المطلوبة وتعبئة قائمة التحقق بدقة.
-
الإبلاغ عن أي ممارسات غير آمنة أو مشاكل في بيئة العمل.
-
التعامل مع معدات المكتب حسب الإرشادات.
-
اتباع كافة تعليمات الصحة والسلامة المذكورة في دليل السلامة.
-
استقبال الأوامر اليومية من مشرف المستودع وتنفيذها.
-
التعامل مع بضائع العملاء بعناية أثناء التخزين أو النقل داخل المستودع.
-
استخدام أجهزة المسح الباركودي لتسجيل حركة البضائع.
-
إجراء جرد دوري (Cycle Count) حسب الحاجة.

Warehouse Operative – Dubai, United Arab Emirates

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Transport materials or products using a heavy truck
-
Ensure timely delivery of goods in line with business strategy and delivery time standards
-
Follow company guidelines and safety policies
🧾 Daily Tasks:
-
Maintain regular attendance in line with department policy
-
Inform FIC/Supervisor in advance in case of tardiness or sick leave
-
Perform housekeeping tasks and fill required checklists accurately
-
Report unsafe practices or safety issues to FIC/Supervisor
-
Handle and maintain office equipment properly
-
Follow all health & safety procedures from the induction manual
-
Receive and execute daily orders from the warehouse supervisor
-
Handle customer goods with care
-
Operate warehouse equipment responsibly
-
Record goods movement using barcode scanners
-
Perform cycle counts as required
