1. Quantity Surveyor - Cost Plan

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying
• Cost Consultancy Experience is preferred
• Computer and Software Proficiency - MS Office, Planswift, AutoCAD, BIM
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in QS

2. FF & E Designer

Experience

• 5–10 years of professional experience.
• Proven background in Hospitality (4★ & 5★ hotels, F&B) projects.
• Additional experience in Residential, Retail, Public Spaces, Mixed-use, and Commercial projects is a plus.

3. Project Manager

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of total experience in the construction industry.
• At least 5 years of recent experience as a Project Manager working in a Consultant Supervision role.
• Extensive experience in high-rise towers and residential construction projects within the UAE.

4. Training Manager

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training role.
• Previous Experience In Telesales Or Collections Is Preferred.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online learning environments is require

5. Design Manager - Residential

QUALIFICATIONS:

•  Experience in design and management and is familiar with local authorities guidelines.

•  Experience in high-rise residential projects based in UAE is mandatory.
•  Proven records of 15 to 20 years of work experience in similar field.

6. SAP Finance Control Consultant

Requirements

• Minimum 6–8 years (with at least 1 end-to-end SAP FICO implementation)
• Strong hands-on knowledge in CO submodules: Cost Element Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Product Costing, Internal Orders, and COPA.
• Proven experience in Product Costing implementation in MTO environments.
• Exposure to Group Reporting and COPA Margin Analysis reporting.
• Strong understanding of FI-PS integration and cross-module touchpoints (MM, SD, PP).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

متطلبات

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية / مسح الكميات
• يفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة في استشارات التكلفة
• إجادة الكمبيوتر والبرمجيات - MS Office و Planswift و AutoCAD و BIM
• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال QS

2.  مصمم FF & E

خبرة

• 5-10 سنوات من الخبرة المهنية.
• خبرة مثبتة في مشاريع الضيافة (فنادق 4 نجوم و 5 نجوم، الأطعمة والمشروبات).
• تعتبر الخبرة الإضافية في المشاريع السكنية والتجزئة والأماكن العامة والاستخدامات المتعددة والتجارية ميزة إضافية.

3.  مدير المشروع

المتطلبات الرئيسية:

• - خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 18 عامًا في قطاع البناء.
• ما لا يقل عن 5 سنوات من الخبرة الحديثة كمدير مشروع يعمل في دور الإشراف الاستشاري.
• خبرة واسعة في مجال الأبراج الشاهقة ومشاريع البناء السكنية داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

4.  مدير التدريب

متطلبات

• - خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في دور التدريب.
• يفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة سابقة في مجال المبيعات عبر الهاتف أو التحصيل.
• تعتبر الخبرة في مجال العقارات ميزة إضافية.
• المعرفة بأنظمة إدارة التعلم (LMS) وبيئات التعلم عبر الإنترنت مطلوبة
• PowerPoint، منصة إدارة التعلم، Excel، Canva، Kahoot

5.  مدير التصميم - سكني

المؤهلات:

•  - خبرة في التصميم والإدارة ومعرفة بإرشادات السلطات المحلية.
•  ماجستير/بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية. تُعدّ شهادة إدارة المشاريع ميزة إضافية.
•  مهارات قوية في إدارة الفريق والتنظيم.
•  الخبرة في مشاريع سكنية شاهقة الارتفاع في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة إلزامية.
•  سجل مثبت من 15 إلى 20 عامًا من الخبرة في العمل في مجال مماثل.

6.  مستشار مراقبة مالية SAP

متطلبات

• الحد الأدنى 6-8 سنوات (مع تنفيذ SAP FICO شامل واحد على الأقل)
• معرفة عملية قوية في وحدات CO الفرعية: محاسبة عناصر التكلفة، ومحاسبة مركز التكلفة، وتكلفة المنتج، والطلبات الداخلية، وCOPA.
• خبرة مثبتة في تنفيذ تكلفة المنتج في بيئات MTO.
• التعرض لتقارير المجموعة وتقارير تحليل هامش COPA.
• فهم قوي لتكامل FI-PS ونقاط الاتصال بين الوحدات (MM وSD وPP).
• مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتحليل.
• قدرات قوية في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة.
