We are seeking a Business Specialist with 1–2 years of UAE & GCC market experience in business setup to join our growing team. This role involves researching market opportunities, advising on jurisdiction and licensing options, and managing the complete company formation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research across the UAE & GCC to identify viable investment and setup opportunities

• Advise clients on legal structures, jurisdiction choices (Mainland vs Free Zone), and licensing based on their business activities

• Recommend cost-effective and compliant setup solutions, including office location and registration pathways

• Manage the entire company formation process by coordinating with government bodies, legal advisors, and service providers

• Prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and strategic reports to support decision-making

• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and managing operational setup timelines

• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
