📋 Overview
We are currently seeking a Façade Estimator with a minimum of 3 years of experience in curtain walling, cladding, or glazing systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for façade projects.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Review architectural and engineering drawings/specifications to prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.

Source and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.

Identify project risks and propose value engineering opportunities to optimize costs.

Support bid submissions and participate in client meetings to clarify estimates and project scope.
🎯 Requirements

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in façade estimating.

Strong technical knowledge of curtain wall, cladding, and glazing systems.

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.

Experience with estimating software is essential; knowledge of Orgadata LogiKal is highly preferred.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our façade team. The role involves assisting in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and preparing bids for curtain wall, glazing, cladding, and other façade systems. You’ll work closely with senior estimators, read technical drawings, and liaise with suppliers for pricing.
