Procurement Engineer - Civil

🏗️ Civil Subcontractor Procurement Specialist – UAE

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and Pre-Qualify potential civil subcontractors based on their technical abilities, past performance, financial health, and regulatory compliance.

• Prepare and Issue RFQs/RFPs for civil works such as concrete, excavation, blockwork, and waterproofing.

• Evaluate Proposals – Conduct both technical and commercial assessments in coordination with engineering and cost control teams.

• Negotiate Contracts and Rates to ensure cost efficiency in line with project budgets.

• Finalize Subcontracts in collaboration with legal and contract management teams.

• Monitor Subcontractor Performance to ensure timelines, quality, and safety standards are maintained.

• Maintain Relationships with reliable subcontractors and vendors for long-term collaboration.

• Track Market Trends – Stay updated on local pricing, availability, and demand for civil services.

• Ensure Compliance with company procurement policies and UAE regulations.

• Generate Reports on subcontractor performance, cost effectiveness, and procurement progress.

🏗️ أخصائي مشتريات مقاولي الباطن للأعمال المدنية – الإمارات

📌 المهام الرئيسية:

• تحديد وتقييم واعتماد مقاولي الباطن للأعمال المدنية بناءً على الكفاءة الفنية، الأداء السابق، الاستقرار المالي، والامتثال للأنظمة الإماراتية.

• إعداد وإرسال طلبات عروض الأسعار (RFQ) وطلبات تقديم العروض (RFP) لحزم الأعمال المدنية (مثل: الخرسانة، الحفر، أعمال البلوك، العزل المائي، إلخ).

• تحليل العروض فنياً ومالياً بالتعاون مع فرق الهندسة والتحكم في التكاليف.

• التفاوض على العقود والأسعار مع مقاولي الباطن بما يضمن توفير التكاليف وفق الميزانيات المحددة.

• إعداد العقود النهائية بالتنسيق مع الفرق القانونية وإدارة العقود.

• مراقبة أداء مقاولي الباطن لضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة والسلامة.

• بناء علاقات قوية ومستدامة مع المقاولين والموردين الموثوقين.

• متابعة تطورات السوق المحلي مثل تقلبات الأسعار وتوفر خدمات المقاولة المدنية.

• ضمان الامتثال لسياسات الشركة الداخلية واللوائح المحلية في الإمارات.

• إعداد تقارير دورية عن أداء مقاولي الباطن، حالة المشتريات، ومدى تحقيق التوفير في التكاليف.
