• - خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع البناء المدني.
• معرفة قوية بالتخطيط للمشاريع وتنفيذها وتنسيقها.
• القدرة على قيادة الفرق وضمان الالتزام بالمواصفات.

2.  مشرف أعمال مدنية

متطلبات:

• - خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الإشراف على المواقع في الأعمال المدنية.
• - مهارة في تنسيق العمل والموارد بشكل فعال.
• القدرة على مراقبة الجودة وضمان تسليم المشروع في الوقت المناسب.

3.  مسؤول الصحة والسلامة

متطلبات:

• - خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال الصحة والسلامة والبيئة ضمن مشاريع البناء.
• - معرفة أنظمة السلامة وتقييم المخاطر في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
• القدرة على فرض الامتثال للسلامة في جميع مواقع المشروع.

4.  مساح الكميات

متطلبات:

• - خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تقدير التكاليف وإعداد فواتير الكميات.
• ذو مهارة في العقود والفواتير ومراقبة التكاليف.
• القدرة على تقديم تقارير دقيقة عن نفقات المشروع.

5.  مراقب الجودة

متطلبات:

• -خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال ضمان الجودة في مجال البناء.
• معرفة إجراءات الاختبار والمعايير والفحوصات.
• القدرة على مراقبة وضمان الالتزام بمواصفات المشروع.

6.  مراقب المستندات

متطلبات:

• - خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة وثائق المشاريع.
• الكفاءة في أنظمة التحكم في المستندات و MS Office.
• مهارات تنظيمية وتواصلية قوية.

7.  أمين المخزن

متطلبات:

• - خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إدارة مواد البناء.
• معرفة أنظمة الجرد والطلبات والتعامل مع المخزون.
• القدرة على الاحتفاظ بسجلات دقيقة للمواد الواردة والصادرة.

8.  مساح

متطلبات:

• - خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في أعمال المساحة وتسوية الأراضي.
• - مهارة استخدام الأجهزة والبرامج المساحية الحديثة.
• القدرة على إعداد قياسات دقيقة للموقع والتقارير.
