We are seeking 1 Yard Supervisor for our Dubai office. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the effective management, organization, and maintenance of the company’s yard, ensuring that all machines are appropriately arranged, cleaned, and presented according to company standards. This role involves close coordination with product line engineers and other departments to monitor yard activities, handle stock transfers, track service orders, manage customer complaints, and report on weekly operational metrics.
The Yard Supervisor will play a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency within the yard, contributing to a positive customer experience and supporting the company’s goals of order, cleanliness, and accountability.
Responsibilities:
Yard Arrangement
- Ensure all machines are systematically parked, aligned, and displayed with a good appearance in the yard.
Machine and Yard Cleaning
- Coordinate with product line engineers to ensure cleanliness and presentation of both the yard and machines at all times, maintaining high standards of hygiene and organization.
Stock Transfers
- Oversee stock transfers to ensure the yard has an adequate number of machines and is never empty, maintaining a well-stocked appearance.
Service Order Monitoring
- Track and monitor the status of requested service orders, ensuring timely completion and efficient workflow.
Customer Complaint Management
- Register major customer complaints promptly, follow up with both customers and product lines, and ensure quick and effective resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Zoomlink Promotion and QR Code Binding
- Promote the use of Zoomlink and manage QR code binding for equipment as directed, and complete any other key tasks assigned by the line manager.
Weekly Reporting
- Prepare and submit weekly reports on dispatch activities, inbound shipments, stock counts, and machine population, providing insights and data to support yard operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in yard or warehouse supervision, preferably in a technical or industrial environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with stock management and reporting processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with product line teams and adhere to company policies and standards.
Candidate must be locally available in the UAE and for immediate joining.

As a Logistics Specialist at Zoomlion Middle East, you'll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring smooth transit of products, managing documentation, and coordinating with various teams and departments to maintain efficient operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- L/C Management: Review and prepare Letters of Credit (L/C), ensuring all documents are prepared as per L/C terms
- Documentation: Prepare necessary documents for product transit from origin to destination
- Export/Import Monitoring: Oversee the process from paper removal to the handover of shipments, ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements
- Follow-up: Coordinate with customs authorities for exit documents and timely submissions
- Warehouse Coordination: Liaise with warehouse teams to ensure product availability
- Carrier Selection & Negotiation: Select carriers, negotiate contracts, and control logistics costs to achieve profitable deals
- Tracking & Reporting: Monitor quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and overall efficiency
- Coordination with Authorities: Work with ports, customs, RTA, and government departments to ensure seamless transitions
- System & Documentation Updates: Ensure proper system updates and documentation handling
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 4+ years of relevant logistics operations experience in the UAE (JAFZA experience is a plus)
- Vehicle Registration: Experience in vehicle registration
- Shipping & Warehouse: 3+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, and import/export
- Customs & Compliance Knowledge: Good understanding of customs clearance, compliance, shipping documents, supplier negotiation, LCs, and INCO terms
- Software Proficiency: Experience with UPS, FedEx, and MS Office/Google Docs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sheets, Slides)
- Quick Learner: Ability to multitask and adapt to various challenges
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication
- Time Management: Strong sense of urgency and time management
- Teamwork: Able to work independently or within a team

Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive regional business objectives by identifying and developing potential clients within the assigned region.
Lead a marketing team focused on lead generation and conversion, ensuring the team consistently meets monthly targets.
Oversee regional market strategies to achieve sales and profit goals, while monitoring business performance within the region.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
Create and execute marketing initiatives to attract new clients, maintain relationships, and promote the company’s portfoio.

Qualifications:
