المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إعداد العروض الفنية والتجارية: قيادة إعداد العطاءات الفنية والمالية الشاملة، تحليل المواصفات الفنية (RFPs/RFQs)، ووضع خطط العمل والتكاليف والموارد.

• إدارة المشاريع من البداية للنهاية: تنسيق مشاريع المسح المتعددة في آنٍ واحد من الاجتماع التمهيدي وحتى تسليم البيانات النهائية، بما في ذلك وضع الجداول الزمنية وتتبع التقدم والمراجعة الفنية.

• التواصل: العمل كنقطة اتصال فنية بين فرق العمل الميداني ومعالجي البيانات الداخليين لضمان التواصل الفعّال ومعالجة أي مشكلات بسرعة.

• الرقابة الفنية وضبط الجودة: الإشراف على العمل الميداني، مراجعة البيانات المعالجة، وضمان جودة ودقة المخرجات حسب المعايير المطلوبة.

المؤهلات والخبرة المطلوبة:

• المؤهل العلمي:

  • الجيوماتكس

  • هندسة الجيوديسيا
    ملاحظة: سيتم استبعاد المرشحين الحاصلين على درجات علمية في الهندسة الجيوتقنية أو الجيولوجيا.

• الخبرة العملية:
  خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 4-5 سنوات في مجال المساحة والجيوماتكس.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proposal & Tender Preparation:
  Lead comprehensive technical and commercial proposals based on RFPs/RFQs, including methodology, scope, resource planning, and pricing.

• End-to-End Project Coordination:
  Oversee multiple surveying projects simultaneously from kick-off to final delivery, including scheduling, progress tracking, and quality checks.

• Communication:
  Act as the main technical liaison between field crews and internal data processing teams, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.

• Technical Oversight & Quality Control:
  Monitor fieldwork, review processed data, and ensure deliverables meet high accuracy and quality standards.

• On-Site Representation:
