1. Lead Counsel IMETA

Job Description:
We are hiring a Lead Counsel to support our Animal Health business across the IMETA region (India, Turkey, Southern Africa, Northeast & West Africa, Near East & UAE, Saudi Arabia, Gulf & East Africa). Based in Dubai, this high-impact role reports to the Head of Legal & Compliance IMETA.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate complex commercial and strategic relationships with business counterparts.

• Prepare, draft, review, negotiate, and finalize legal documents, including bespoke commercial contracts and templates.

• Support the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Provide legal advice to management and business teams to ensure effective risk management.

• Collaborate with business leaders to support strategic decisions and legal compliance.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in commercial or corporate law, preferably in healthcare or animal health sectors.

• Advanced negotiation skills and ability to manage complex contracts.
