نظرة عامة على الدور
بصفتك مدير نجاح العملاء، ستدير مجموعة من العملاء الصناعيين الكبار في المنطقة، وستعمل بشكل وثيق مع شركاء التوزيع والجهات الداخلية لضمان استفادة العملاء بأقصى قدر من حلول السلامة الخاصة بالشركة. يتطلب هذا الدور خبرة مثبتة في الأسواق الصناعية، وكشف الغازات، وإدارة عقود SaaS أو الاشتراكات في بيئة صناعية، بالإضافة إلى القدرة على التنقل لزيارة مواقع العملاء.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية

إدارة وتجديد عقود SaaS/الخدمات مع العملاء الصناعيين الكبار بمعدل إنجاز يتجاوز 90% في كل ربع سنة.

قيادة مفاوضات تجديد العقود وإدارة العملية من البداية إلى النهاية.

بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء الرئيسيين لضمان رضاهم واحتفاظهم.

تحديد وتطوير فرص نمو جديدة داخل الحسابات القائمة بالتعاون مع إدارة المبيعات.

إجراء مراجعات أعمال منتظمة (سنوية وربع سنوية) لضمان تحقيق أقصى قيمة للعملاء.

معالجة ملاحظات العملاء من خلال تنسيق الموارد الداخلية لتحسين رضا العملاء وجودة المنتجات.

Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of large industrial clients in the region, collaborating with distribution partners and internal teams to ensure clients gain maximum value from their safety solutions. This position requires proven experience in industrial markets, gas detection, and SaaS or subscription contract management in an industrial environment. Mobility is required to visit client sites.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and renew SaaS/service contracts with large industrial clients, achieving a renewal rate above 90% per quarter.

Lead contract renewal negotiations and oversee the full renewal process.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with key client contacts to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts in collaboration with sales management.

Conduct regular business reviews (annual and quarterly) to ensure optimal client value.
