المهام والمسؤوليات:

Administrative Role – UAE Construction Sector

We are hiring an Administrative Support Executive with 5 to 8 years of experience in the UAE construction industry. The ideal candidate will support the Operations Manager and project team in daily administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient administrative support to the Operations Manager and team.

• Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and organize appointments.

• Handle the daily administrative affairs of the project under the Operations Manager’s guidance, ensuring strict adherence to company policies.

• Secure and maintain up-to-date confidential documents, trackers, and database files.

• Sort and prioritize incoming correspondence for immediate action.

• Coordinate with the HR department for all employee-related matters: leaves, transfers, warnings, resignations, terminations, and NOCs.

• Assist with HR-related tasks like interview coordination and document handling.

• Handle petty cash and daily project expenditures.

• Direct the Timekeeping Department in preparing timecards, daily attendance, and absenteeism reports.

• Receive material requisitions, purchase orders, and payment certificates for managerial approval.
