Electrical Project Manager Wanted for MEP Projects in Sharjah

About Us:

Hateen Group is a dynamic and growing MEP company seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager (Electrical) to join our team. If you're driven, organized, and passionate about project execution, we’d love to hear from you.

Position Summary:

Responsible for managing all aspects of electrical work within MEP projects – from planning and design to site execution, budgeting, compliance, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and execute electrical works in MEP projects.
Review electrical drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and technical specs.
Use AutoCAD for reviewing/modifying layouts.
Use Excel for estimates, tracking budgets, and reports.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and contractors.
Lead site teams and ensure project targets are met.
Ensure electrical works comply with codes and safety standards.
Submit daily/weekly progress reports and monitor schedules.
Oversee procurement, inspections, testing, and commissioning.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
5–7 years’ experience in electrical project management within MEP.
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Excel – Mandatory.
Good knowledge of LV, MV, lighting, ELV systems.
Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and fire systems – a plus.
Skilled in planning, problem-solving, and leadership.
Familiarity with MS Project/Primavera – preferred.
Knowledge of UAE regulations and authority procedures.

Working Conditions:

Office & on-site work.
May require travel across projects.
Flexibility with work hours as per deadlines.

Senior Project Manager / Director of Operations

عن الشركة:
مجموعة حطين شركة متخصصة في أنظمة MEP وتبحث عن مدير مشروع كهربائي محترف لإدارة مشاريعها في الشارقة. نحن نبحث عن مرشح يتمتع بالخبرة والقدرة على التنظيم والقيادة.

الوصف الوظيفي:
مسؤول عن تخطيط وتنفيذ وإدارة الأعمال الكهربائية في مشاريع MEP من التصميم وحتى التسليم، مع ضمان الالتزام بالميزانية والجودة والجدول الزمني.

المهام الأساسية:

إدارة الأعمال الكهربائية في مشاريع MEP.
مراجعة المخططات التنفيذية وجداول الكميات والمواصفات.
استخدام AutoCAD لتعديل الرسومات.
إعداد التكاليف والتقارير باستخدام Excel.
التنسيق مع الاستشاريين والعملاء والمقاولين.
قيادة فرق العمل في الموقع وتحقيق الأهداف.
ضمان الالتزام بالكودات ومعايير السلامة الكهربائية.
تقديم تقارير التقدم اليومية والأسبوعية.
مراقبة جدول المشروع والمشتريات والفحوصات.

المؤهلات:

بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية.
خبرة 5–7 سنوات في إدارة مشاريع MEP (كهرباء).
إجادة AutoCAD وExcel – شرط أساسي.
معرفة بأنظمة الجهد المنخفض والمتوسط والإنارة وأنظمة ELV.
معرفة بأنظمة HVAC، والسباكة، ومكافحة الحريق ميزة إضافية.
مهارات عالية في التخطيط والقيادة.
يفضل من لديه معرفة بـ MS Project أو Primavera.
دراية بأنظمة الجهات الرسمية في الإمارات.

ظروف العمل:

العمل في المكتب والمواقع الميدانية.
يتطلب أحياناً التنقل بين المشاريع.
العمل لساعات إضافية عند الحاجة.

الجهة التي ترفع التقارير لها:
مدير المشاريع الأعلى أو مدير العمليات.

AutoCAD Draftsman Opportunity – Electrical & Plumbing

Job Summary:
We are hiring an experienced MEP Draftsman with expertise in electrical and plumbing systems. The role includes preparing shop and coordination drawings as per project specs using CAD/BIM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate electrical & plumbing drawings.
Use AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar software.
Coordinate with engineers and other disciplines to resolve clashes.
Read and interpret construction and schematic drawings.
Maintain documentation, revisions, and drawing logs.
Use MS Excel for schedules, tracking, and reporting.

Qualifications:

Diploma or ITI in Electrical/Mechanical/Drafting Tech (MEP specialization preferred).
2–3 years of experience in MEP drafting.
Strong in AutoCAD.
Familiarity with Revit MEP, Navisworks, or BIM software is a plus.
