1. Full-Time Outdoor Sales Role – Stationery/General Trading Industry

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate must have solid sales experience in the UAE, strong client acquisition skills, and a record of exceeding B2B and B2C targets. Preference will be given to candidates from the stationery or general trading sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B and B2C clients

• Drive business growth by securing new deals and exceeding sales targets

• Conduct field visits and manage outdoor sales activities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Provide regular sales reports and market feedback

• Meet monthly KPIs and contribute to the team’s success

Requirements

• Male graduate with 2–4 years of UAE outdoor sales experience

• UAE driving license is a must

• Strong understanding of the UAE market

• Experience in the stationery or general trading sector preferred

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive

Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

• Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 per month

• Experience Required:

• Outdoor Sales Executive: Minimum 2 years (Required)

• Stationery Company: 1 year (Preferred)

تبحث شركتنا عن مندوب مبيعات خارجي نشيط وذو نتائج للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الإمارات. يشترط وجود خبرة في المبيعات الخارجية داخل الدولة، ومعرفة جيدة بالسوق المحلي، إضافة إلى القدرة على تحقيق الأهداف البيعية في قطاعات B2B و B2C. يفضل وجود خبرة في شركات القرطاسية أو التجارة العامة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

• تحديد واستهداف العملاء المحتملين في الأسواق المختلفة

• تحقيق النمو من خلال إبرام صفقات جديدة وتجاوز الأهداف البيعية

• تنفيذ زيارات ميدانية ومهام مبيعات خارجية بانتظام

• بناء علاقات مهنية قوية مع العملاء الحاليين والجدد

• إعداد تقارير دورية عن المبيعات وتقديم الملاحظات للإدارة

• تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الشهرية والمساهمة في نجاح الفريق

المتطلبات

• خريج جامعي – ذكر فقط

• خبرة لا تقل عن 2–4 سنوات في المبيعات الخارجية بدولة الإمارات

• رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية

• يفضل خبرة سابقة في شركة قرطاسية أو شركة تجارة عامة

• مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض

• شخصية طموحة، نشيطة، وتركز على تحقيق الأهداف

تفاصيل الوظيفة

• نوع الوظيفة: دوام كامل، دائم

• الراتب: من 4,000 إلى 6,000 درهم إماراتي شهريًا

• الخبرة المطلوبة:

• مندوب مبيعات خارجي: سنتان على الأقل (إجباري)

• شركة قرطاسية: سنة واحدة (يفضل)
