Senior QA/QC Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) Engineer with a strong focus on site supervision to join our multidisciplinary team at a leading engineering consultancy firm. This role is dedicated to a high-profile hospital construction project, where you will be responsible for ensuring all on-site activities meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Role Overview

As the QA/QC Engineer on-site, you will oversee day-to-day construction operations, conduct regular inspections, verify contractor compliance with project specifications, and ensure that all works are executed in line with applicable healthcare construction codes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) plans and procedures in alignment with client and regulatory requirements.
Review project specifications, design drawings, and technical documents to ensure adherence to applicable codes, standards, and quality benchmarks.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and material testing to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor construction and engineering activities to identify and resolve quality-related issues proactively and timely.
Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to promote a culture of quality and ensure that quality objectives are met at every stage of the project.

Electrical Site Engineer - Healthcare Experience

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Electrical Engineer to join our leading engineering consultancy firm. This role involves overseeing electrical works on-site for complex healthcare building projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical engineering background, coordination skills, and experience managing healthcare project installations according to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor installation of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, ELV, and other specialized healthcare systems
Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specs, and codes (NEC, NFPA, HTM)
Conduct site inspections to verify progress and quality
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues
Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions for compliance
Monitor site testing, commissioning, and safety protocols
Prepare daily/weekly reports on progress, issues, and delays
Attend project meetings, site walkthroughs, and inspections with stakeholders
