Accounts Assistant

Role Overview

With growing project volumes and decentralized operations, we are looking to onboard a meticulous Accounts Assistant who can reduce the data entry load on the core finance team and improve turnaround time across departments. This role is key to maintaining quality and consistency in our accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Voucher Processing

• Enter financial transactions, invoices, and vouchers accurately into the accounting system.

• Maintain up-to-date records and ensure all entries are backed by relevant documents.

Coordination & Follow-ups

• Liaise between the finance, procurement, and admin teams to ensure timely information flow.

• Assist in compiling reports and financial summaries as requested.

Support to Senior Accountants

• Work closely with Esakki and Besin to clear backlog, verify documents, and improve data accuracy.

• Take ownership of routine reconciliations and assist during audits.

Role Overview: Land Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Land Surveyor with strong expertise in high-rise construction projects throughout the UAE. The successful candidate will ensure accurate site measurements and assist in the precise execution of structural and architectural works according to design specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct all types of land surveying, including topographical, boundary, and setting-out for structural and finishing works.

• Interpret and work with drawings, site plans, and architectural/structural layouts.

• Perform site inspections and verify levels, alignments, and dimensions for high-rise structures.

• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve site-related discrepancies.

The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting, manage the finance team, ensure accurate bookkeeping, and lead timely financial reporting and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Bookkeeping

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.

• Review and ensure accurate posting of transactions in the accounting system.

• Maintain up-to-date books of accounts aligned with company and audit standards.

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit & loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
