💼 Position: Legal Counsel (UAE Subsidiary)

🎓 Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from a recognized university

• Minimum 5 years legal experience in the automotive industry in the UAE

• Strong knowledge of UAE laws including Civil Code, Commercial Companies Law, Labor Law, Contract and IP Law, Consumer Protection Law

• Fluent in English and Arabic (reading, writing, speaking)

• Ability to work independently with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

⚖️ Responsibilities

Legal & Compliance

• Provide legal advice and support to ensure company compliance with regulatory frameworks and corporate governance standards

Contract Management

• Review, draft, and revise company contracts including templates and agreements to ensure legal soundness and alignment with company goals

🎓 المتطلبات الأساسية

• شهادة بكالوريوس في القانون (LLB) أو ما يعادلها من جامعة معترف بها

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في المجال القانوني بصناعة السيارات في الإمارات

• معرفة قوية بقوانين الإمارات مثل القانون المدني، قانون الشركات التجارية، قانون العمل، قانون العقود وحقوق الملكية الفكرية، قانون حماية المستهلك

• إجادة تامة للغة الإنجليزية والعربية (قراءة وكتابة ومحادثة)

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل مع مهارات تحليلية وحل مشاكل وتنظيمية قوية
