Accounts Payable Specialist
Marine fuel, ability to use Microsoft Dynamics efficiently.
Primary responsibilities:
Follow up with suppliers to obtain fuel delivery notes (BDNs) and invoices.
Accurately enter all supplier invoices into Microsoft Dynamics.
Submit invoices to the treasury team at least 5 days before the due date.
Send bank transfer (SWIFT) copies to suppliers for completed payments and update transaction history instantly.
Perform account reconciliations for all supplier payments.
Manage monthly transaction log closure.
Coordination between traders and the finance team on all matters related to payments.
Send weekly cash flow updates to the finance department.
Handle system-related tasks as requested by traders or the finance team.
Follow up with traders regarding brokerage commissions and additional fees and ensure they are entered into Dynamics.
Issuing debit/credit memos as required on the supply side.
Coordinate with traders to verify paper trading transactions using statements from trading platforms.

المسؤوليات الأساسية:
المتابعة مع الموردين للحصول على ملاحظات تسليم الوقود (BDNs) والفواتير.
إدخال جميع فواتير الموردين بدقة في نظام Microsoft Dynamics.
إرسال الفواتير إلى فريق الخزينة قبل 5 أيام على الأقل من تاريخ الاستحقاق.
إرسال نسخ التحويل البنكي (SWIFT) إلى الموردين للمدفوعات المكتملة وتحديث سجل الصفقات فورًا.
تنفيذ تسويات الحسابات لجميع مدفوعات الموردين.
إدارة إغلاق سجل الصفقات الشهري.
التنسيق بين المتداولين وفريق المالية في جميع الأمور المتعلقة بالمدفوعات.
إرسال تحديثات التدفق النقدي الأسبوعية إلى قسم المالية.
التعامل مع المهام المتعلقة بالنظام عند الطلب من المتداولين أو فريق المالية.
المتابعة مع المتداولين بخصوص عمولات السمسرة والرسوم الإضافية والتأكد من إدخالها في Dynamics.
إصدار مذكرات الخصم/الائتمان عند الحاجة في جانب التوريد.
التنسيق مع المتداولين للتحقق من صفقات التداول الورقية باستخدام كشوفات من منصات التداول.
