Senior Estimator (Fit out)

Job Purpose

To assist the Chief Estimator in preparing a realistic and competitive estimate of the cost of labor and materials required for the project, enabling senior management to evaluate economic viability and decide on participation in the tender.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and submit value-engineered options for every tender to improve chances of winning.

• Prepare comprehensive tender bids, complete all pricing submissions, and finalize all estimating and tendering aspects relevant to project implementation in the region.

• Assist the Chief Estimator during post-tender review/clarification with clients to reach a tangible decision on tenders aimed at maximizing markups and profits.

• Upon project award, prepare a job summary including labor cost, material cost, quantities, and quality as per client specifications to ensure compliance with prescribed parameters.

• Update the construction cost database to order and track purchased materials, labor, and supplies needed for projects. Monitor, review, and oversee contracts and bids that determine cost and project duration.

• Handover complete tender/job/package promptly, enabling efficient takeover by the project team.

مساعدة رئيس فريق التقدير في إعداد تقدير واقعي وتنافسي لتكلفة العمالة والمواد المطلوبة للمشروع، لتمكين الإدارة العليا من تقييم الجدوى الاقتصادية واتخاذ قرار المشاركة في العطاء.

الأدوار والمسؤوليات الأساسية

• تحديد وتقديم خيارات هندسية مدروسة لكل عطاء لتحسين فرص الفوز بالعطاء.

• إعداد عروض العطاء الشاملة، واستكمال جميع جوانب التسعير، وإنهاء جميع جوانب التقدير والتقديم المتعلقة بتنفيذ المشروع في المنطقة.

• مساعدة رئيس فريق التقدير خلال مراجعة ما بعد العطاء/التوضيح مع العملاء للوصول إلى قرار ملموس بشأن العطاءات بهدف تحقيق أقصى ربح وهامش ربح.

• عند منح المشروع، إعداد ملخص للعمل يتضمن تكلفة العمالة، والمواد، والكميات، والجودة وفقاً لمواصفات العميل لضمان الامتثال للمعايير المحددة.

• تحديث قاعدة بيانات تكلفة البناء لطلب وتتبع المواد المشتراة، والعمالة، والإمدادات اللازمة للمشاريع. متابعة ومراجعة والإشراف على العقود وتقديم العطاءات التي تحدد التكلفة ومدة المشروع.

• تسليم العطاء/العمل/الحزمة كاملة في الوقت المناسب مما يتيح للفريق المشروع استلامها بكفاءة.

Project Engineer (Fit out)

Job Purpose

To plan, organize, and coordinate the project execution process on-site and with internal departments to ensure job completion within specified timeframes. Achieve this in an organized, cost-effective manner, following approved design and quality standards, meeting customer satisfaction, and ensuring business continuity.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare project implementation plans; organize resources including manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to ensure installation of finished products at customer sites

• Receive quotations from labor subcontractors, identify cost-effective options, obtain approvals, and coordinate appointments with Quantity Survey Department

• Organize project installation design based on client/consultant layouts; obtain client approval for systematic on-site installation

• Conduct site meetings with consultants and clients, respond to queries, implement site changes if needed, and arrange quotations for additional work

• Maintain internal HSE, QA, and QC procedures and schedules

• Supervise the site at all times, provide on-the-spot guidance to ensure high-quality workmanship, update client/consultant on progress, and resolve issues for smooth installation as planned

التخطيط والتنظيم والتنسيق لعملية تنفيذ المشروع في الموقع ومع الأقسام الداخلية لضمان إنجاز العمل ضمن الأطر الزمنية المحددة. يتم ذلك بطريقة منظمة وفعالة من حيث التكلفة، مع الالتزام بالتصميم المعتمد ومعايير الجودة لتحقيق رضا العميل وضمان استمرارية العمل.

الأدوار والمسؤوليات الأساسية

• إعداد خطة تنفيذ المشروع وتنظيم الموارد مثل العمالة، المواد، الأدوات والمعدات لضمان تركيب المنتجات النهائية في موقع العميل

• استلام عروض الأسعار من المقاولين الفرعيين للعمالة، اختيار الأكثر توفيرًا، الحصول على الموافقات وترتيب التعاقد بالتنسيق مع قسم المساحة الكمية

• تنظيم تصميم تركيب المشروع بناءً على مخططات العميل/الاستشاري والحصول على موافقة العميل لضمان تركيب منتظم في الموقع

• عقد اجتماعات ميدانية مع الاستشاريين والعملاء، الرد على الاستفسارات، تنفيذ التعديلات المطلوبة، وترتيب عروض أسعار للأعمال الإضافية

• المحافظة على تطبيق إجراءات السلامة، ضمان الجودة، والرقابة الداخلية والجدولة الزمنية

• الإشراف الدائم على الموقع، تقديم التوجيه الفوري لضمان جودة العمل، تحديث العميل/الاستشاري بتقدم التنفيذ، وحل المشكلات لضمان تنفيذ سلس حسب الخطة
