🎯 Requirements

  • Prior experience in corporate travel consulting or a similar role

  • Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre)

  • Strong communication and client relationship skills

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Sharjah, UAE

  • Manage corporate client travel bookings and itineraries

  • Provide expert advice on routes, fares, and travel regulations

  • Ensure prompt and efficient service delivery

  • Handle changes, cancellations, and travel emergencies

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

Career Opportunities: Accounts Assistant (15860)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices from travel agents and corporate clients.
  • Visit key clients regularly to facilitate collections.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, collection efforts, and payment statuses.
  • Reconcile client accounts and resolve billing disputes efficiently.
  • Prepare aging reports, analyze overdue accounts, and escalate critical cases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Operations, and Finance to streamline receivables.
  • Ensure collections are handled professionally, in line with company policies and UAE financial regulations.
  • Support the finance team to get balance confirmation from clients.
  • Assist the Finance Manager in contract-related matters, including reviewing and vouching Arabic documents, and liaising with relevant registry departments as needed.

Management Reporting:

  • Submit monthly reports to the Head of Finance.
  • Offer valuable insights regarding expenditure patterns, cost-reduction efforts, and opportunities for increasing profit margins.

Dimensions:

Personal Qualities:

  • An analytical mind
  • Travel business understanding.
  • Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Results driven and customer focused.

Education:
  •  Must be a B.Com Graduate or similar education.

Experience:

  •  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  •  1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable and collections, preferably in the UAE travel or tourism industry.
  •  Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
  •  Understanding accounting software and MS Office.
  •  Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and manage time.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a must.

  • مراقبة ومتابعة الفواتير المستحقة من وكلاء السفر والعملاء من الشركات.
  • قم بزيارة العملاء الرئيسيين بانتظام لتسهيل عمليات التحصيل.
  • الحفاظ على سجلات مفصلة لتفاعلات العملاء، وجهود التحصيل، وحالات الدفع.
  • التوفيق بين حسابات العملاء وحل النزاعات المتعلقة بالفواتير بكفاءة.
  • إعداد تقارير الشيخوخة، وتحليل الحسابات المتأخرة، وتصعيد الحالات الحرجة.

تعليم:

خبرة:

  •  درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  •  - خبرة من سنة إلى سنتين في الحسابات المستحقة والتحصيلات، ويفضل أن تكون في قطاع السفر أو السياحة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
  •  إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثا وكتابة).
  •  فهم برامج المحاسبة و MS Office.
  •  مهارات قوية في التعامل والتواصل والتفاوض.
  •  القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وإدارة الوقت.
  • رخصة قيادة إماراتية سارية المفعول ضرورية.
