Business Development Executive

🔹 Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the digital screens and media sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and developing strategies to expand our market presence in the UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth in the digital screens and media sector

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships with property owners, developers, and facility management companies

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the industry

• Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape

• Collaborate with technical teams to effectively communicate the benefits of our solutions to customers

• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients

• Prepare sales quotations, survey reports, MIS, and other required reports

• Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing

• Monitor and report on industry developments and competitor activities

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective post-sale support and relationship management

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

• Specialized knowledge in fluid mechanics or electromechanical systems

• Experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the digital screens or media industry

• Valid driving license

• On-site survey and site visits required

• Willingness to travel 75% across the UAE

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• إعداد عروض الأسعار، تقارير المسح، تقارير MIS وتقارير أخرى حسب الحاجة

• إدارة عملية المبيعات من توليد العملاء المحتملين إلى التفاوض على العقود وإغلاق الصفقات

• متابعة ومراقبة تطورات السوق وأنشطة المنافسين

• ضمان رضا العملاء من خلال تقديم الدعم الفعال بعد البيع وإدارة العلاقات

• الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للأنشطة البيعية والتفاعلات مع العملاء

🔹 المتطلبات

• شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة أو الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة

• معرفة متخصصة في ميكانيكا السوائل أو الأنظمة الكهروميكانيكية

• خبرة في تطوير الأعمال أو المبيعات أو دور ذي صلة، ويفضل في صناعة الشاشات الرقمية أو الإعلام

• رخصة قيادة سارية

🔹 Job Overview

A renowned media company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Media Maintenance Staff who can ride a motorbike to join the operations team.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Building Visits
  Visit assigned buildings across Abu Dhabi to manage elevator advertising screens.

• Content Management
  Upload and remove advertisement content using USB drives.

• Screen Monitoring
  Take photos of screens and report on the status of the screens.

• Regular Patrols
  Conduct regular patrols to ensure all screens are functioning properly.

• Optimized Routes
  Work is assigned by area/zone, with optimized routes for efficiency.

• Technical Issue Reporting
  Report any technical issues or abnormalities to the operations team promptly.

🔹 Requirements

• Valid UAE Motorbike Driving License
  Must have a valid UAE motorbike driving license.

• Own a Motorbike
  Candidate must own their own motorbike for transportation.
