Job Responsibilities

Project Engineer - Solar Energy

Job Responsibilities

Planning : Developing & Tracking the Projects Plan includes Schedule and Resource Budget for the entire course of the Project Duration. 

Cost & Time : Completion of Project within allotted Time & Budget.

Project Invoicing: Attaining the project Invoicing as per Plan with Client. 

Design Coordination: Conduct site assessments to determine the suitability for solar installations. Overseeing the Design, Engineering aspects of solar energy systems includes Liaising with all Project stake Holders, providing Crucial inputs for Design, engineering, to ensure generation of effective coordinated drawings. Job Responsibilities

Drafting & Documentation

Prepare detailed HVAC drawings for air conditioning, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems, including duct layouts, pipe routing, equipment locations, and other system components.

Revise and update drawings based on design changes, feedback, and coordination issues.

Produce accurate layout drawings for HVAC components such as air handling units (AHU), VAV boxes, diffusers, and exhaust systems using AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.

Ensure HVAC drawings comply with local codes, regulations (e.g., ADDC, ADM), and project specifications.

M&V Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement M&V plans for energy savings performance contracting (ESPC) projects at various facilities.

Work along with the Project Design / Audit team to arrive at ECM-specific M&V approaches. Evaluate project performance risk, analyze savings calculations, review final M&V plans, and develop construction and service phase M&V budgets.

Analyze and normalize utility data using linear regressions and other analyses.

Supervise baseline and Pre / post-installation data collection, including trend data from building automation systems, field measurements, data loggers, and performance tests.

Diagnose HVAC and building system performance issues and draw up proper technical solutions to ensure & demonstrate proposed energy savings within the allotted budget.
