Requirements

• Previous experience as a Quality Controller in food production and packing
• Familiarity with hygiene protocols and quality standards (including ISO and food safety guidelines)
• Experience in monitoring floor operations and maintaining quality reports
• Ability to interact effectively with quality inspectors
• Good understanding of quality auditing tools and processes (including 5S and food safety compliance)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality control process across production and packaging
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards throughout the facility
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain detailed reports
• Coordinate with inspection teams and address quality-related issues
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in food quality
